We have set up Paterson’s Fresh to allow people across the UK to have access to fresh restaurant-quality fruit and veg boxes delivered straight to their door! We deliver Monday through to Thursday using next day delivery service with our chosen courier. Any orders placed on or after Thursday will be sent out on the Monday Morning, This is to ensure the produce is as fresh as imaginable on arrival – please let us know if you have a preferred delivery day. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following postcodes – HS, IM, ZE, GY, JE, and KW. Then sit back and calm down and We will be able to take it from there. 🙂 Return Policy: We cannot accept returns on account of the fresh produce aspect of our boxes. In the event that you receive an item/items which is past its best upon delivery rest assured We will be able to refund you, the customer for those specific items. We will be able to require a photograph as evidence so We will be able to asses the product, to resolve your refund. We, as a company have extremely high standards so please get in contact with us if there is ever anything incorrect with your produce box and We will be able to happily help.
